BA/OneWorld Best routing London to CLE (Cleveland Hopkins).

BA website offers me Lon JFK CLE and Lon ORD CLE - both both use regional airlines which I prefer to avoid if a mainline alternative is available.
Any thoughts? (Obviously, I'd prefer OneWorld alliance airlines to get Avios and Tier points).
