V-Flyer

Does anyone know if Amex have pulled this offer, the link below now comes up with a blank page? In my recent discussions with them, Amex have always referred to this as an introductory offer! Richard, any ideas?

Wouldn't surprise me as it has beena bit of a nightmare for them - but then the website for AmEx is very volatile. THe linsk are mentioned in the Rewards PDF - wonder if you phone VS up what they will say...
