Yes, it's another business class only airline trying this well trodden route.

Will La Compagnie go the way of Eos, Maxjet and Silverjet?

TBH for that price I'd give it a go if I were travelling to NYC anytime soon.

And the reviews I've seen say it's more like a PE product than J

Mind would be one for the geeks to tick off on their lists before it goes bust'

No pre flight drinks. Crap amenity pack. Not sure if they look lie flat seats, might not be completely flat. Food service looks pretty slow, and drinks not really flowing...

That is from Paris and early on their service though.

The Travel Section in the Sunday Times gave the service a fairly good write up when they compared it to the BA Service out of London City at a quoted cost of £2.7K

I think they have been clever with their description of the seat. All the pictures i have seen do not look great

Think HFP covered this one a while back. Think they were offering that price if you registered with them before a certain date as they wanted to fill the first few flights from Luton. Lin y)

I was coincidentally looking at their website today. I was able to find flights out may 1st, back may 13th (I think - i'd ended up on the French version of their site, so it was like being back at school) for 2 people for under £1250, which isn't much more than you'd pay for economy with most people.
