What to wear on Ryanair?!

So in a few days time I'll be off to the Algarve flying with Ryanair, but seeing as I have flown exclusively with VS for the past 2 years I seem to have forgotten (lol

) the dress code for the aspire Lounge in Bristol (even bigger lol

) and most importantly, what to wear on a Ryanair flight? Will we get any added extras on board (huge lmao

) )
I thought this outfit would suffice for both lounge and plane...just change the place?

"I'm in Bristol, Bitch" doesn't really have the same ring to it though.
For most Ryanair flights I've been on the dress code has been a suit and an expression that is either (a) hangdog "here we are again" or (b) furious "I am going to have words with my PA".

Ryanair probably charge you extra if you are wearing clothes.

Adidas? No need for formal wear!! Kappa shell suit bottoms and a wife beater will be fine.

Lol!
No need to get my chinos and blazer out then!
On a serious not tho I've never had a bad flight with them and it serves a purpose getting to my place in the algarve. Easier to fly from Bristol than from LHR.

Can't believe you're not planning to wear your onesie.

A couple of pointers -
1. The tinnies you carry on need to contain less than 50ml. Open a fresh one at boarding and swig as much down as you can. If you are sick on the way to the plane, remember which way the wind is blowing before you open your mouth.
2. Can't see any tattoos.
3. You need a bit more bling, a yellow bandy isn't going to cut it.
Other than that, if you were half as smart as those two you will be fine. ):

I seem to remember that dear Dragon (packing light? What's that?) Lady had an experience in the aspire lounge at Bristol a few years ago.
I recall the police were called. The rumours that she called them demanding to be rescued are just rumours.

Flying Ryanair? Then I would wear a large hat, shades and a turned up collar, for fear of being seen ):
A snob? Me? Never!
Though despite people liking to ridicule Ryanair, their profits are up by 66%, so they are doing something right.

ROFLMAO at this thread.
You need knock off Burberry jogging bottoms and t-shirt and a baseball cap with DYKWIA emblazoned across it, flip flops and a toe ring, cheap sunglasses that look like they might be Ray Bans...
But seriously, like others have said, they serve a purpose and get you from A to B, and fly to some obscure places. We use them to go to Bremen as the only airline ex-UK that flies direct.

Indeed :0 .Worse still the removed souls were not only on our flight but sat behind Mr DL

)
I 've been in The Aspire lounge twice in the past 3 weeks - if you're flying on a Friday evening it'll be the usual bunfight with the bottles all being continually empty and people trying to find somewhere to sit.
My Ryanair flight back from AGP last week was all very civilised ( as was the Easyjet flight going out).
I gave up caring what people look like years ago - Dragonbaby carries a fair bit of ink these days ( not my thing but there you go) and I wear 4 toe rings ( so that makes me a bit of a chav for sure).
As long as you're not wearing a mankini Darren I'm sure nobody will bat an eyelid

.

Ryan air, Algarve... Surely has to be the obligatory t-shirt, shorts and flip flops. Keep an eye out for the middle aged overweight golfers who tend to occupy at least half the aircraft. Been going to Vilamoura every year for the last 12 years and no I'm not a golfer!

I have to say I was really impressed with my BRS-DUB flight last week. I paid extra for seat 1A so got to board first, being at the front you miss out on all that yellow. Flight was full, a mix of people from old to young, flight was quick, and landed early. They have scrapped the hard sell and jingles on the early flights, so no Scratchcard sales etc. Crew were nice and were very hard working and the Captain had a sexy Irish voice.
I will happily fly Yellow again!
The Aspire lounge at 7am mind had a elderly Welshman royally kicking off as there were no papers - Smiths has not delivered them, (it is less than a 2 min walk to smiths to buy your own!) He wanted the lounge girl to actually pay for a paper for him. The poor staff in that lounge do a great job considering the idiots they get in there on times.

Hard sell very much in evidence still last Friday with scratchcards galore ( they'd run out of virtually everything else including everything alcoholic lol).
Jingles / bugles only apply when the flight is on time ( and we were woefully late

).

Nooooooo!!!! I love the early arrival jingle!!! Most flights to faro involve quite a few expats or family's with properties over there so they know what to expect, I love it when they sing the jingle when we land!!!

They still played the on time fanfair - but that was it. On early AM flights they have toned down the hard sell somewhat.
Scratch cards were on my flight home tho.
I think most people who hate Ryanair have never flown them, or have flown them and not followed the rules.

I one flew to Shannon from Bristol.
Pilot was in a hurry on the way back, was back on the ground in 35 minutes.
Must have needed the plane urgently.
