I flew with them to Copenhagen last month, overall I'd say pretty good!
I went with SAS Plus in the end, booked via Expedia. You get some nice little perks - use of the Lufthansa lounge in T2, priority checkin and some pretty tasty food on the flight. No special seat though.
If you present your VS card at the desk you should get some miles/TPs as well. I got 2 TPs and 2000 miles for my round trip in SAS Plus.

I fly with them regularly throughout Scandinavia and to and from UK.
I've flown SAS Go and SAS Plus - both products are great and do exactly what it says on the tin. Self service check in and bag drop are great and I've never had to wait for a machine to print off a baggage label or subsequently scan the baggage label at bag drop.
I've never had a problem with them either on the Ground or in the Air.
The aircraft are always clean.
Crew very pleasant.
Coffee Strong!

Lol - will totally agree with riff-RAF, the coffee is really strong! They love their coffee..!
Overall I found SAS a very good airline, like many short hops you are pretty much crammed in with no additional cabins for different classes. SAS Plus is worth the extra money - but not really essential.
On my flight to Stockholm in May it was very pleasant, however a little bumpy on the day - hardly their fault.
CC, for the record were really good..! Have a great time in Oslo!

I enjoyed my flight with SAS last year : they are decent enough and although on basic fare there's no food, you do get a cuppa!
