Hello, returning from Vegas (luckily I managed to bag a G) and wanted to ask where is the best place to grab a shower at Gatwick and maybe a bit of brekkie (gluten free) before catching the train into work for a half day.

Cant help I am afraid, I am pretty sure that VS don't have a revival lounge at Gatwick, I guess though that there is probably a facility somewhere that you can pay to use.

I can confirm that VS do not have a revivals facility at Gatwick.
As you exit customs there is the Yotel:
