Euro's

Hi all

was just wondering what's everyone take on the situation with the euro? Were popping over to Cyprus at the end of June this year and I was wondering if I should change some money over now? Will the £ take a slump against the euro if the nation does vote to exit the euro zone.

I know this is a speculative question, but i was just wondering.

Thanks

If TGBP do vote for Brexit there will inevitably be a devaluation of the GBP.

For what it's worth I do not think there will be a vote in favour of the UK leaving, but when it comes to currency exchange, it is always a gamble.

Agree with Maximus, if the vote is to leave the EU expect a devaluation in the pound against all major currencies.

And sorry to be pedantic but the UK isn't part of the euro zone, which refers to those countries in the EU that have agreed to monetary union and have the Euro as their currency.

Understood, thanks for both replies.
