Marriott are really pushing their Visa card at the moment - the UK version is a tie in with Halifax. I have got one as a back up to the FC Mastercard (big sign up bonus [:I] )

Yep I got the 5K miles as a sign up bonus ( plus Silver status).

Interestingly when putting foreign currency orders ( cash/tc) on my card I get Marriott reward points also:)
