Props where deserved... needed to place an order for delivery to my NJ Hotel next week but the web site insisted on a US Billing address. One call to Centurion, they amended my records to ensure the transaction went through.... cool :)

Nice to know when they come through for you. All I seem to read about on the Amex board at FT is their failings [:(]

Thats because theres a fair few that wamt Centurion and simply don't meet the criteria.

And others have sky high expectations for the cards they have.

Thanks,
Richard

Which strikes me as a bit sad really - pram with toys everywhere.

Top service there Decker - always nice to get that, especially when its that little extra that really makes life easier or surprises you.

I'll add my praise to Centurion customer service - they managed to bag me some very good seats at Radio City Music Hall on Christmas Day, and also got an Amex 10% discount. Looking forward to a bit of that kitsch now...

I've always had very good service from AMEX, and this is even with only the PLAT card. They've always been courteous, polite and rang back when they said they would.
