Where to find Virgin credit card

Is there a credit card from Virgin that allows collection of "air miles", i.e. simillar to natwest and collecting airmiles.

How come however, that the fee based card has the HIGHER APR??

Hi Alan
The higher APR on the fee based card is because the law states that the APR must include any annual fees. So in this case the actual interest rate charged on purchases is the same 15.9%.
