Does anyone here use Intercontinental regularly?

I've used their Crowne Plaza brand in the past and they are V good. Also had a great lunch at the Intercontinental in New Delhi last year.

Just wondered what other people's opinions of them were?

My company books us into the Crowne Plaza in Shenzhen - very nice hotel!

Have to say the Chinese restaurant is appalling - service was really bad. This one time I was there (and the one-and-only!) she was taking our orders, another customer beckoned and she just walked away without saying anything!!
