17th December marks the 100th anniversary of powered flight. A century ago today the Wright Brothers took the Wright Flyer to the air and launched the age of aviation.

I'm off to our division's Edinburgh Christmas Party at the Sheraton in Edinburgh tomorrow evening so will have quite a few drinks!!
