Thanks 99,
I guess they need promotions after their recent program changes!

Just tried this and they don't have the hotel I need in India [:(] All other hotels I book direct with Marriott but staying in a Radisson SAS in India. Good offer if I could use it though!

I'm finding that I'm only keeping BD Gold at the moment because I'm using *A pertner airlines all the time. My actualy DB mileage has been very low and getting lower with the latest changes.

The discussion on the BD forum over at FT centres around whether the hotels report no-shows to BD and thus you lose the 3k bonus - i.e. do you need to check in?

People have found hotels in Thailand for 6 pounds a night, so if just booking is sufficient AND multiple bookings are allowed (they appear to be) then this is a way to buy some very cheap BD mileage (which is then worth using on SQ redemptions :))
