Chase Continental Card - USA

Hey there. I used Amex as my standard card, but have a back-up Mastercard/Visa for, well, backup. I used to have the Citi AA card, but am in a CO miles-collecting mode right now. I signed up online for the Chase/Continental World MasterCard with all its perks (inc. 15,000 bonus miles for signing-up!).
A couple of weeks later, a Chase card arrived in the mail and I started using it. I later realized I'd been sent the Chase / Continental Platinum Card and not the World card. The difference - Platinum comes with only 6,000 miles as the bonus (there are other differences too).
I called Chase to look into this. They said they'd call me back. They didn't.
I called again yesterday and spoke with a helpful supervisor. First things first, he told me I'd been allocated 10,000 bonus miles with the Platinum card (odd, given all the marketing says 6,000 miles!). He then went through a process and eventually agreed to issue me with the World MasterCard and credit me with the additional miles.
A painful experience, but always worth it for the miles.
Oh, if you're interested, other benefits of the Chase/Continental World Mastercard can be found here
