kulula.com - A lesson for VS

On the recommendation of some of our members I have booked a flight from DUR to CPT with Kulula.com. The first thing that hits you is how wizzy their website is. Everything is so informal - eg you don't fly from Durban, you fly from Durbs. Great.

Unfortunately they had to make a schedule change. They sent me an email to tell me which is just as informal and friendly as their website. I had a query about the change, which they answered by email within 3 minutes - Yes 3 Minutes! Wow. VS customer service take note!

Follows is the email exchange - I think it worth reading. Particularly like the oopsie daisy! bit. I just know that this flight is going to be fun. I will write up a full Travel Report on it of course.

Thank you for this. However I am concerned. My booking was for a flight on the 27th of November, not the 30th. Could you also let me know the reason for the increase in flight time.

Thanks

Sailor
