Air NZ and new 777s!
Posted: 29 Oct 2005, 15:15Just thought you would all like to know, especially those of you planning RTW trips, that Air NZ have taken delivery of their first 777-200er! Arrived thrusday evening (uk time) from Everett via Nadi. Will be used for the next month on services to BNE, SYD and MEL from AKL before being transfered to AKL-SFO.
In Jan AKL-SIN will be started using the 777 and then AKL-KIX and AKL-NRT around April.
The good news of course is that you can experience the UCS product on a 777 and for those of you flying on a RTW in UCS it will be possible to fly the whole world in UCS- routing LHR-HKG-AKL-SFO-LHR.
