Hi mungo,

Are you flying LHR-BOS?

If so BA flies from Terminal 4 and AA flies from Terminal 3 ( you will not be able to gain acess to Terminal 4 to use the BA lounges)

However you will be able to use the AA Admirals Club (as you have BA Silver (OW Sapphire) and also the new Cathay Pacific lounge in LHR T3 ( remember to take your card with you)

You can also use AA business class check in even if flying in economy.

Hi TBS
Thanks for the information that is great, do you know which of the lounges is better. The flight goes out at 10am so we will be at the airport early. Do either of them do breakfast (like the clubhouse)?
Thanks again.

Hi,
I have heard that the CX lounge is probalby better.

I think the best you can hope for is a continental buffett ( no hot food made ot order like the clubhouse). In the AA lounges at LAX/DFW they had cereal for sale and only small muffins laid out.

I would do a search on the respective airlne forums on http://www.flyertalk.com

Details on the CX lounge here;

Nothing to stop you going to both lounges with your BA silver card:D
