As I had a rapping cough, I asked for a cup of hot water with a spoon of honey. X a x crew member assigned to our aisle ticked me off rudely (there was no need) that there was no honey on board..

About an hour later, her colleague asked me if she could get me anything to soothe the cough. I said a cup of hot water would be great. To my surprise she offered me honey in hot water. Off course, she would have to check if there was any honey on board in Upper Class and get back to me. Why couldn't her colleague have done the same and not ticked me off in a rude fashion?

A few seats ahead, there was a passenger who was really tall and had stretched his long legs on to the aisle to give the aching muscles a breather.. X tripped over his legs and instead of apologising to the passenger for not watching where she was placing her legs...the lady had the audacity to scowl at him and rolled her eyes.

I hv dropped a line about my experience to customer services.. Do hope they place that girl in a customer service workshop.. She definitely needs a refresher course...

No need for rudeness or being made to feel like you are an inconvenience - I hope this didn't ruin the rest of your flight.

I was looking forward to reading a trip report? [?]

Surely issues like this are best handled in the correct forums?

But yes you are right, poor service and attitude is not good and should not be tolerated? [n]
