V-Flyer

Having requested special assistance I was pleased by the great service that my wife and I got. We checked in online before leaving home and SA had assigned 18A and C. Bag drop was quick and we were in the lounge in less than 10minutes. We were lucky to have been the recipients of promotional UC lounge passes and had a relaxing and enjoyable wait to board Surfer Girl.

SA arrived to take us to the gate on time, and helped us to the front of the queue. We were in our seats less than 10 minutes after leaving the lounge. The cabin crew were very good indeed. Drinks, meals and snacks were frequent and the entertainment excellent.

One dissapointing aspect was that no one from the flight deck spoke to us until we were beginning our descent to LAX - unless we both missed it.

The flight was on time and our transit through LAX was very quick too.
