Great flight, but an even better crew!
What I am about to post may sound as if I work for Virgin or have been paid by them, but the truth is I wish this crew did work for my wife and I.
***** was fantastic from the moment we got on board she made us feel welcome and comfortable as did all the crew. One of the hardest working, genuine and most pleasant crew we have had the pleasure to meet since flying with Virgin in nearly twenty five years, and one of the reasons we always choose and only fly with Virgin them is their crew are the best in the business. So ' Thank You all' for that great flight.

The only blot was the boarding at Manx, again a free for all. Please sort it out Virgin! [:D]

You are so right when you say It's the best in the business when it works and that is why we get so upset when standards appear to slip.

Thanks for the TR! Did you manage to fill in an on board comment sheet? If not do write in to Virgin even if it is just an email, giving props to the crew by name. It will be appreciated by all concerned and will get the crew members concerned a metaphorical gold star on their record.

Yes I did fill out the comment sheet. When we get back to the UK I will be emailing Virgin to make them aware just how good the crew were, we all like to have a moan (me included when I get upset) but not many give praise where praise is due when things are as good as they should be, and this crew were excellent!

We were on this flight too, and the crew were great. I've never been offered so many drinks on a flight before(I had peppermint tea[:D])

We happened to go down from the Lounge and walk straight on the plane so no complaints there from us.

Only complaint from us were some noisy passengers just behind us with children, but the flight itself was one of the best.
