the ground staff here were good although they were having some problems with their computers and so could only check in passengers on VS28 (luckily our flight) and not the Manchester or 2nd LGW service. as we checked in we were informed that the volcano the week before had had a knock on effect to our flight and so we would be departing at 7:15pm and not 5:55pm
our hire car was due back at the airport at 1 so we still made our way to MCO for then.
arriving at the airport we then discovered a further delay and our flight was scheduled for 8:20 however there was a VS116 to LGW at 7:30 (extra flight to get stranded passengers back)however we got some food and watched other passengers and aircraft come and go so were happy enough.
i was slightly disappointed to see that our aircraft was Hot Lips (the same as our outward flight) and the VS116 had Tinker Belle which has the V-Port system instead of the Super Nova system.
we departed Orlando at 8:20 (on our delayed time) and had a 7 hour flight in to LGW due to a shorter flight path.
the crew on this flight did not seem as good as the crew on our outbound flight and the customer service manager spent the whole flight in the on-board office, however this crew were still better than any BA crew i have flown with.
there was a problem with my seat back tv (which turned it's self off at the start of the safety video) which the crew sorted out very promptly after take off.
food was served shortly after take off and was nice but a bit late for me to eat any of it.
breakfast was served at 7am GMT and was either a ham egg and cheese muffin or an egg and cheese bagel these were O.K but cheese for breakfast

a bacon pannini like BD and BA serve on their domestic flights would have been better.
we landed at LGW at 09:15 and it looked like we overtook the VS116 somewhere in flight as G-VBIG (tinker Belle) was nowhere to be seen as we taxied around to our gate.
all in all a good flight.
