V-Flyer

So after a quick visit to my sister in Hampstead, we made our way back to LHR at full fare on HEX thanks to these theiving bastards who refuse to respond to my issue with their 2 for 1 offer.
With BP's already printed we just went through a very quick security line and were soon in the club house. I left my shoes for a quick shine and then we ate dinner in the bistro. I had the excellent curry washed down with a decent Chilean red.
Once boarding was called we headed down to gate 20, where we were given different seats, because 6A had a broken seat belt. At first we were offered 5A and 5D, but DW needs to hold my hand on takeoff and so we were given 1 and 2D. Well let me tell you, 1D sucks!
It feels shorter and narrower than the A seats and definitely more confined than suites on 747. But I did manage to sleep for a few hours then watched a few shows on TV, but it was my least comfortable flight in UC since the suite was introduced.
Service was excellent with you guessed it a visible FSM.

Thanks for the TR. I tried to use my HEX tickets recently but I accidently picked up some expired ones - expensive mistake. Sorry to hear about the seat but glad the rest of the flight didn't disappoint.
