V-Flyer

Tripm started very well with a quick check in at JFK.

Good time in the Clubhouse with a few glasses of bubbly, we were very well looked after by a lovely lady in the Clubhouse.

Journey through security was fairly painless by JFK standards.

On board all ok, crew pretty good although I wasnt over keen on being called mate by one of the cabin crew on a couple of occasions. I took a trip to the bar during flight to top up bubbly and felt I was distrurbing the crew who were having a chat. The FSM never made herself known to passangers, she didnt even speak to me when I made my trip to the bar, that may of course be due to the fact that she was enjoying the shoulder massage she was recieving from another crew member.

Flight landed early, through immigration quickly & bags soona vailable.

This was an ok flight but I thought crew overall were just ok.

Perhaps the Report Card for VS should read "Could do better".

Something VS really does need to attend to if they wish to retain customers - especially loyal ones
