Your comments are common with many, the LGW birds are desperate for the long delayed, and long overdue, refurbishments. When they come, they will be good, but people have at least another year putting up with what really are second rate experiences. Glad you rated the crew though. You should complain, but really don't expect anything.

Oh, and why oh why oh why do VS insist on waking everyone up so early and sometimes hours before landing!

Thanks for the TR - good observations, although you're (sadly) echoing the thoughts of many.

Those refits can't come a moment too soon, to be honest, for the cost difference, I'm probably going to book my fourth VS return trip in econ for MCO next year...
