We only had 9 days to plan this trip and were lucky to get seats 79A&C in the bubble - our favourites. Image
The flight was on time and everything went as it should, including no food choice again as we were at the back :) We were served drinks, main meal, more drinks, an ice cream then afternoon tea. Nothing out of the ordinary. I watched the movie 127 hours which is the first time I've watched a movie right through on a flight. We landed in bright sunshine and on time. Sorry this is short, but there isn't much to say about it really. After last years volcanic ash-cloud fiasco, it was nice just to have a normal flight.

Katie :)

Thanks for the TR, it's nice when things are uneventful sometimes :)

Thanks for the TR. Even though it's short I think it's incredibly valuable thanks to the photo - it will help anyone who wants to know what the seats are like in PE on that route. I know when I was looking there seemed to be loads of pics of the new purple seats but not so many of these.

Glad you had a nice flight out, thanks for posting.

Indeed it should Luke and I have edited it. It took me so many goes to get the photo sorted, I ended up putting the wrong flight in. Thank You for pointing out the error.

Katie :)

a little tip to avoid missing out on your preferred meal choice when sitting at the back. have a nice quiet word with the cc and tell them you dont like x so could you have a y saved (or you could fib and say you have an allergy, chillis worked well for me once :-) )

have to say they normally try to oblige

I did think about ordering a vegan meal but for some reason I didn't do it. TBH, I got the salmon fishcake as a second option and I thought that it was quite acceptable. I wasn't too bothered about the food TBH as I'd rather sit at the back and eat all the fruit than sit further forward.
