Just landed in Manchester from JFK

The clubhouse was amazing as usual as were the check in staff.
We only fly Virgin 2 or 3 times a year and work hard to collect miles to travel in upper.
Today was probably the worst experience I have had flying Virgin, the cabin crew were ok but led by the most lacklustre FSM I have ever come across.
We boarded early, waited an age for any pre departure drinks, the FSM just stayed in the galley with her hands firmly in her pockets chatting to other crew, not once did she come through the cabin Pre take off.
Considering it was only a hour flight it took nearly 1 hour to offer any drinks or take food orders. PE we’re halfway through their service before we got our drinks
Overall a very disappointing flight!!
