Does anyone else feel a bit embarrassed when they take pics of, for example, the a/c you're about to fly on while in the departure lounge or maybe even your IFE controller? Is it just me?[:I]

I remember a few months ago i was sitting in the BA departures area at GLA airport for our shuttle down to Gatwick (it was a busy flight)and the Emirates plane had just gone "off chucks" i stood up and promptly started taking pics using my mobile and everyone just looked round at me.In fact a BA guy came over and asked me what i was doing! (My husband just sat in his seat and laughed at me)[:I]

As you say Ger, it's even more embarrassing when you get stopped by groundstaff and have to explain that you're an anroak not a terrorist.[:I]
I guess we'll just have to continue snapping amid not too tactfully hidden sniggers and smirks for everyone who owns one of our oh so exclusive v-f anoraks:D

Nope! I happy click away in nerd heaven, taking pictures of airplanes. Hell, you see tourists taking pictures of themselves pretty much everywhere so why not the vessel that took you to your destination?
Thanks,
Sarah
