If that worked everything, include water, power, gas, POLICE, fire would all be on holiday today.

Some jobs mean people have to work. My guess is you knew about it when you took them job on. If it has been thrust upon you then do something about it.

Either way, unfortunately the reality does suck and I feel for all of you that are working today that would rather not (I feel like that most days:D:D)). However, I am sure you are making a good contribution.

My philosophy is simple, if my staff have to work then why should I take the day off. And as I love my job so so much I donÕt mind at all. And I get to throw a late Easter party on Monday for the 10 staff who are working and the 34 lovable charges in my care.

Also being the G/M the unions would probably insist that I should be the only one working on a Bank Holiday.

Yep, I'm working too. Started at 8am, the other half is also working but we get Monday Tuesday off instead:D

I was at work today but not able to have the pleasant distraction of access to V-flyer[:#][:#]

The only good thing about getting in today was the roads were empty[y][y]

Work tomorrow (Saturday) consists of tending to the garden as directed - I live in hope that I will be called into work[:w][:w]

All day Monday at Oulton Park with a 4.30 am start - hey ho its a living!!
