I am sorry to have to report that Sailor99 has met with a tragic accident. Whilst flying on VS13 last Tuesday, having boarded a little worse for wear from the CH, he fell asleep head first in the toilet (or head as we should call it). It is not clear what happened next, perhaps turbulence set off the mechanism, but the toilet flushed sucking his head in still further until he died of asphyxiation. On arrival, his mortal remains were transferred to a barrel of Mount Gay for preservative purposes. Once repatriated he will be give a traditional nautical send off; buried in his hammock with one stitch through the rowlocks. Numerous obituaries have appeared in the national press, and I reproduce a selection here which seem to me to sum up his virtual life:
