Has anyone else noticed a real SLOW down in internet links to the US from the UK today?

For example:
Hotmail - Slow
Hilton - Slow
Microsoft Online Help - Slow

It's driving me bonkers.

Everyone seems to be blaming Microsoft for any issues with the net, them, or the BBC.

Yeah, hotmail has been slow to load, and quite often has been refusing to send emails first time.

Are you interpreting that from the stats? As it seems the only info on that site relates to problems from 2003

I do know that a recent microsoft update that force a restart caused some problems with Skype at the back end of last week, wonder if reboots are the cause of other issues.
