Will Mr. R be making an appearance?

There is also the SF Marathon late July/early August.

I will be doing the:

Marine Corps Marathon (Washington, DC) - Late October 2007 - Open to anyone

ING New York City Marathon (New York, NY) - Early November 2007

Las Vegas Marathon (Las Vegas, NV) - Early December 2007 - 80 percent doing

Yup yup yup, Mr K. [y]

I just spent the last week on "holiday" in Portugal with two olympic mates. Running 10km hills every morning, followed by swimming, means I'm a B2B machine waiting to be unleashed... :D

Did the NF Half today - quite a testing course, some nasty little hills. Got a PB though - chip time 1 hr 32 mins 42 seconds, position 77th of 1504. A little outside of my goal but I have Cardiff half in four weeks.

I've nothing planned at the moment apart from a couple of 10ks. Did a nice 10mile cross country run yesterday in Royston.

Planning to do London Marathon next year as my wife already has a postponed ballot place from last year - so fingers crossed for ballot, if not its more fundraising! We'd like to do another marathon too next year, looking maybe January time.

Nothing planned at the moment am in the transition from track to the country. Having just moved areas am 'clubless' at the moment and having great fun getting lost whilst on my runs!
