Can someone tell if it is possible to change a jpeg to a bitmap?[?][?]

Microsoft Office Picture Manager ought to be able to do this. It definately does it the other way round. The option you want is under File->Export, a sidebar should open on the right and you can chose from a variety of file formats to export to.
