Hi all

I am cycling the length of UK this year
(yeh totally unfit too ...BMI 27) and dont call me fatty!!
if anyone wants to sponsor me its for the British Heart Foundation
over 1000 miles in about 12 days so about 80 miles per day (PHEW)
we are funding the trip ourselves (camping ...ouch)
John O'Groats to Lands End
All money raised going to said charity
I am also doing several fund raising events like a garden fete and car boot sale (sad i know) but every bit helps (if anyone has anything to donate eg bring and buy stuff or for tombola stall please PM me )

see the reason why here

https://www.bhf.org.uk/default.aspx?page=7900&p=78029

thank you in advance all who take the time to read this

Quite obviously in need of therapy, but best of luck anyway!

May your forks never buckle...

I am a member of the support team for LeJog (Lands End to John O'Groats)in 5 days at the end of June.
I must be mad but the 8 lycra lads (cyclists) must be madder & definately fitter & are doing it for Race for CHASE. WWW.raceforchase.co.uk.
The lycra lads are doing it the opposite way round to you because of the wind direction (yes ha ha very funny you've already made up your own jokes!) from the channel will be behind them & make it a tad easier (in theory).
Good luck to you & any other nutters attempting it.[oo][y]
