I have never been to london before and have to attend a meeting this thursday.

Can anyone tell me the best way from Euston station to the Portcullis House entrance of Westminster please ? Also a clue as to how long it would take and how much by taxi etc would be fab :)

TIA for any help,

Easiest way is on the tube.

Victoria line to Green Park then change at Green Park onto the Jubilee line and go one stop to Westminster.

Come up at the correct exit at Westminster and Portcullus House will be right in front of.

With regards to cab, I would avoid it, depends on the time of the day you arrive but am guessing it will be between 8-10am, so roads will be very busy. Google Maps is showing it at 2.6miles and about 13 minutes with no traffic. No idea on cost as I have an Oyster card so only use the tube. Much quicker on the tube, only 11 mins!

Try the journey planner on the TFL website www.tfl.gov.uk.
