That is a good article.
Gives a different perspective from Liz & Julie!

Hope VS J pax are not as bad as AA.
At least check-in usually seems to sort out most of the hand luggage problems.

Thanks for the link TB - really enjoyed the read.

I was particularly supreised at the average age of the CC - sort of shattered the illusion of it being a young persons job.

Thanks for the link it was certainly interesting to see it in a different way, i was particuarly surprised about average salaries being about $33,500 is that standard over here too? 'i hope not'.
I would like to think its a lot more enjoyable in J class for CC than on AA too it sounds miserable( i get to find out next month about AA business).

Makes one hope that you come across to crew as one of the nice guys, rather than a muppet who has checked his brain at the gate.
