Tricky to pick some of these out inbetween all the App Store stuff in the purchase history, but...
Mnchner Freiheit
Brasil '66 & Sergio Mendes
The Stranglers
Vangelis
Monty Python
An interesting game would be, given the artist and our (my?) weird tastes, then try and guess what you bought.
Paul, given how predictable you are, I suspect the following:
James Morrison - You Give Me Something
Glasvegas - Geraldine
Nick - you've kind of given yours away already, but I would assume your Genesis 'old stuff' included Invisible Touch?

Nope [:p]
James Morrison - Album, Just for you, just for me.
Glasvegas - Album, Glasvegas (but NOT for the song Geraldine [:p])
Also had all of Jason Mraz's albums WELL before he became 'famous' over here. Funny, the song that's got everyone buying his album 'we sing, we dance, we steal things' was on my iTunes AAAAGES ago (well before that album came out). SO nah... [:p]
As for you.... The Stranglers? Yes, I think my dad stole one of their albums from my GRANDPARENTS' collection many years ago. Vinyl had just become mainstream...

Don't think so.
I just happen to think that the Spice Girls had some important messages in 'their' music. Either that or I was drunk, can't remeber which [:D]
