V-Flyer

Quick question to those who are more PC savvy than me, not difficult admittedly

1) Have a picture want to post on the forum, saw the button above but only gives instructions for a web page image, how do I post one from my C drive

2) Some of you when putting a web link on to a post, shorten it to a title, such as BBC and can click that, rather than having www.bbc.co.uk ie the link showing, how do you do that please??

If you have a look in the forum faq's here it explains about adding a hyperlink in.

As for the photo, I believe you either need to host it on a site like photobucket, or upload the photo to V-Flyer and then insert it in to your post, you can't just link to it from your hard drive, but others will be able to confirm that.

Thanks Neil, I realise I cant link in a pic from the C drive, but cant find anyway to upload to V-flyer....

From the banner above the forum, Photo Gallery, then scroll down until you see 'upload a photo'. Remember to note the restrictions on size and format.
