I realize this is a long shot and also a cheeky request - but if there are any kind US resident V-Flyers out there that are able to order me a book from the S&S I'd be eternally grateful and cover all costs by return and reciprocate in any way i can.

Not sure of logistics, looks like you can buy it and ship it yourself, right? If you need an address, I'll be happy to set you up with one, if your deal with Decker fails, then we can figure out how I might get it to you, by post, or if you are happy to wait a few weeks I can deliver mid-november in London if that works. Let me know.

Thanks, tried all that = S&S configured their web site and processing to reject any transactions made that were not using an American credit card with an American billing address. I'd even switched my UK card to an American address but no joy.
