Hi

10 of us are attending a conference in Dubai and flying Upper class on the A340-600. I've flown on the 747 and 300 but not the 600, so was wondering what seats you would recommend choosing? Is the set up similar to the 300 but with just with the bar at the back instead of after row 9?

Just select the 600 from the drop down menu.

Anything facing 'the wall' is a good bet. That will be 2K - 8K and 9A - 17A.
