Customer Service - it can be done!
Posted: 04 Aug 2010, 16:34A few weeks ago I ordered a gift set (ok yes it's for me but a bear needs to treat hiomself every now and then) from Elemis - one has to maintain ones appearances !
Anyway the set arrived but there was one (small) item missing.
So a quick email sent with the result that last week I arrived home from work to find one of those 'you were out cards' so I phone up and rearrange delivery (though due to cock up that didn't happen until today)
Anyway instead of sending just the missing item they sent me a full box set !
So 10/10 for Elemis for that (but 0/10 for actual communication !)
