V-Flyer

Thought I would post a hello from the no.1 lounge.

Currently sat here with breakfast and a view out over the south terminal
With Barbarella and I think VAST (ladybird?) outside.
Awaiting my flight over to Oslow on Norwegian to fly on a 787 tomorrow.

This is not as large as the LHR no.1 but is still a lot better than McDonnalds downstairs.
LGW have made a great job in updating the terminal since I was last here just over 2 years ago, security was busy but very fast with good direction from staff.

Just wishing now that I was in the V-room next door and flying off to MCO with VS.

Sounds like a nice view to enjoy breakfast

Have to confess that I would be happy sitting at LGW right now enjoying the atmosphere even if I didn't have a flight ! But yes, MCO would be good.

I too was surprised how small the no1 Lounge in the south Terminal is

But it still beats being in the building site downstairs

Hope you enjoyed breakfast and the time in the No.1 Lounge.. I know it is no VS lounge but as you said a damn site better than departures.
