I went on this today. Well worth the $5 fee (in addition to the normal entrance fee). I'm usually a wuss, but quite enjoyed this. You get eased forward in 3 steps, and it only lasts a couple of minutes in total. You cannot take your own photos and the official one taken is $25.
Did witness 2 strapping American guys jump off in terror as it began to tilt. 1 even crawled away on all fours...
