I am flagging this up on behalf of my friends, who sadly are still having major problems logging in .....

Is there really nothing that can be done to sort this please ?

That's the way to look at it! It drives me insane.

I am being logged out every time.

I am having a lot of trouble trying to work out what the letters/numbers on the Capture actually are!

This is so annoying!
