V-Flyer

It was great to meet with both old and new V-Flyers today on the Annual Riverboat Shuffle[y]

Worthy of particular mention is Bazz & Pam with a huge vote of thanks to Bazz for yet again organising the event.

Also it was great to see some new faces (even if in one case I met someone i last saw some 15 - 20 years ago[:0]) so a warm welcome to Jpcox & Mrs as well as McMaddog & GF and I sincerely hope you enjoyed meeting us.

Thanks to one and all for a fun day out and Mrs Buns & I eagerly look forward to the next bash.

In case you are wondering, our regular photographer was in residence and those with greater literary talent will no doubt give a spirited and sensational blow by blow account[:D]

Glad to hear it went well. Unexpectedly I found myself at a loose end today - clearly I should have thought about it and done something!!!!

Thanks to one and all for making our maiden voyage so pleasant. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed our trip immensely. Our thanks go to Barry for organising the trip. The boat was great and even the weather was kind to us. It was brilliant to put faces to names. We look forward to attending future events and meeting you all again.

Glad yopu all a great time (and thanks to Bazz for organising it, even if I couldn't make it in the end). Was a pleasure to phone James at about 8pm (about 3pm my time) and be passed around everyone, even though I was a little bit worse for wear.

Felt like I was there in spirit [:D]

Great to meet new faces and see some of the old ones again too. Lovely to see Pam out and about with us. A big thank you to Bazz for his stirling efforts again and to Andrew for the raffle. [oo] [y]

Dean, sorry I missed you but was out escorting the ladies on a stroll and defending them from the brigands of Maidenhead.

Thanks Barry for organising such a fun afternoon, can't believe how lucky we were with the sunshine!

Thanks very much Barry for organising a thoroughly pleasant and relaxed afternoon. It was great to put faces to some of the nicknames on here. Look forward to seeing you all again soon. Next job is to dig out some Apple bootcamp instructions ...
Oh and we made our evening party with time to spare, what a shame we couldn't carry on after the trip.
