I think it's everyone's responsibility to bring extra food and drink rations just to be on the safe side! [:D]

We'll just have to dine off the choicest and most succulent passengers while we await rescue. All washed down with champagne of course.

Maybe a little early to start worrying but do we have any contingency plan if the weather in the uk, as forecast, is likely to stay the same.
BA flight is again cancelled today for BEG and like a few other I may not even get to the UK[:?]
Is Eurostar running ok now?

I'm packing a torch and night vision goggles to ensure I can still open the champagne whatever the circumstances!

Let's hope the weather improves for next Saturday as today there are many cancellations. The late evening trains (ie the one we're booked home on) are all cancelled tonight.

Tinks I was just thinking the same.
I see the last train back today is the 17.59 and that Eurostar says it will be busy.
If the bad weather were to continue next week I would be really unhappy at going and loosing a couple of hours in town and constantly thinking during the day about what would happen if we missed it.
What are the contingency options?

Cough ! You obviously haven't met Catherine yet ![:?]
She CAN do this by touch alone [:D]
The torch is ensure she can re-apply her make-up in the dark whilst drinking the said beverage - and apply makeup to anyone who may be sitting near her [:w]

Looking at the forecast for next weekend, there is a hint of a thaw coming for Thurday
