Now that this years event is but a memory (along with the blisters), it's time to start looking at next year.
May 15 2011 will see the 100th running of the event and although there are some plans to tackle the more "
reckless behaviour" it should still be a fantastic experience.
So, who is in?

Good point Neil, it's has been noted, the small fact that our family trips are planned around school holidays have nothing to do with me leaving town anytime you come here

I'll have to say no as Aer John will be doing his Final exams just then and I need to be around to provide food and support on demand.

It's probably no from me, as the clamp down on the party side of it, no floats and already visible slide in features versus registration fee remove the reason for travelling half way around the world. If I wanted to actually run a race, I'd (a) do some training, and (b) probably pick one a little closer to home.

Don't know, but I will be keeping an eye out for bargains around school holiday time.
Anyways, to help Neil, we are not in town over Halloween this year and the last week of January next year.
