Check In and Bag Drop

Hello,

I am booked to fly LHR to TPA in March. I'm arriving in London at Euston on the sleeper from Scotland at around 7am but due to the timetable changes, my flight now doesn't depart until 4pm.

How early can I get to LHR and check in and drop off my luggage?

What I'm asking is could I go there straight off the sleeper (realistically getting there just before 9) drop my bags off for my flight and then go off and be a bit touristy in London for a couple of hours? Or would I not be able to do that until 3 or so hours before the flight?

Yes you could drop off your luggage at that time, however, there must be a more convenient option with luggage storage in London. There will be hundreds of places.

I would use the left luggage facilities at Euston rather than head to LHR and then back into London.

It would be £7.50 for 3 hours per bag.
