LHR connection time.

Hi all,

Some advice please - I'm arriving from JFK on the BA0182 from JFK at 1020 on Mon 16th Jul and wondered if a connection onto the 1150 BA 1482 to GLA would be feasible? Would I be able to check my bags right through to destination (two separate tickets)?

I probably wouldn't take the chance if I were you as if your inbound flight is late you could easily miss your Glasgow flight. What terminal/s do you arrive and leave from?

Hmmmm! Very tight especially as you have to get from T4 to T1. If it were me I'd change it to a later flight particularly as we don't know what the security situation will be like.

I've stopped booking connections with less than a 3 hour connecting time

OK ta for the advice - I'll probably go the the 1405 departure and try out their arrivals lounge instead. Can I check my bags right through from JFK to GLA even though I'll be using two separate tickets?

That's probably a good plan, especially as who knows what added nightmares there will be at security after the last few days.
