I have searched on V-Flyer and googled and can not find much info on the new facilities in T5 for premium passengers, Has any one got any info ? Is it possible to pre book treatments as per VS club house or is it FCFS? Last question is it possible to get off our flight from YVR at Heathrow(Scheduled change of plane) and not get on our onward leg and not suffer any penalties.(We will only have hand luggage)We have set off from a mainland european destination to save money.
