Is anyone else seeing weird screens on refresh?

Trying to work out if it's just me/my computer, or whether these weird "screwed up" screens are more general.

Sometimes when I refresh the screen, I'm currently getting weird layouts and text like this at the top... [?]

No problems here Paul - assume you mean that this is happening when the page reloads automatically?

This can happen when some ZoneAlarm/Anonymizer type features get a little over zealous. I have seen it here.
